Project büroUNIversum
7 phases to büroUNIversum
The implementation of the büroUNIversum within an organizational unit or institute takes place in seven steps. It starts with the formulation of the assignment and ends with the closing event – in between lies an intensive process that develops over months. Individual and structural needs, working methods, and processes are analyzed and transformed into new furnishing concepts. The flexible working environment is new to many people, which is why managers and teams are supported through this change.

Digitization as a prerequisite for new projects
Flexible working models in the büroUNIversum require consistent digitalization. Institutes, organizational units, or departments that register for implementation should therefore already be on the path to digitalization.
Status büroUNIversum
The pilot project for the IT Services office has been successfully realized and is currently being evaluated. The Reservation Tool project is in the process of being implemented and is already in operational use by IT Services office. The project for the GIUB is continuing with a delay as an optimization project, whereby the requirements of the Activity-Based Work concept according to büroUNIversum have been dropped. Due to a lack of capacity, the overall assessment for H6 has not yet begun. The room designation system and the basic signage concept have been completed and implemented in H6.
